Job Description

We are looking for a CCTV Technician to handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and related equipment.
Perform CCTV cabling, camera mounting, termination, and testing.
Configure IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, and remote viewing.
Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, cabling, and network issues.
Perform regular CCTV maintenance and service work.
Replace faulty cameras, cables, connectors, power supplies, and other components.
Configure CCTV systems for mobile and remote access.
Visit customer locations for installation and service requirements.
Maintain proper records of installations and service work.




Explain basic CCTV operation to customers.

Requirements
Previous experience in CCTV installation and servicing is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras.
Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
Should know basic electrical and cable termination work.
Ability to troubleshoot CCTV-related problems.
Must be willing to travel to customer locations within Hyderabad.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, or similar CCTV systems will be an advantage.
