Job Title: Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

Our client, a US-based international freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Ocean FCL Import & Export business, with a solid focus on the USA trade lane. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire current customers and grow existing accounts.
Develop business across USA import/export trade lanes.
Drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Build robust relationships with importers, exporters, and BCOs.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver logistics solutions.

Requirements
5+ years of Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Logistics Sales experience.
Experience handling USA trade lane business.
Strong knowledge of Ocean FCL Import & Export.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
