Position: Technical Support Representative – International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹28,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities
Handle technical support queries from international customers over voice calls.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Identify customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow quality standards.

Eligibility
Only candidates with International Technical Voice Process experience.
Prior experience in international technical support is mandatory.
Robust English communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and from the office.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
