Workshop Manager – Honda 2-Wheeler
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
Achieve monthly labour, parts, service and revenue targets.
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and repair quality.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize repeat repairs.
Coordinate with Parts/Stores and Warranty departments.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness and safety standards.
Prepare and monitor daily/monthly workshop performance reports.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile service, valuable technical knowledge, leadership skills, customer-handling ability and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
