Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with a robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. While the primary focus is recruitment, the role also includes supporting basic HR operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates through the joining process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Improve employer branding through recruitment campaigns and social media engagement.

HR Support (Secondary Responsibility)




Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance and leave management.
Help organize employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
