Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, financial goals, and challenges through regular meetings and communication.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services that align with client requirements and contribute to revenue growth.




Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating value propositions and benefits.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice and identify current business opportunities.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and client retention metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to assess performance, identify risks, and recommend adjustments to strategies.
