Job Description:

As an Architect at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Chief Architect on theme-based designs for large-scale projects. Your role will include conceptualizing and developing floor plans, elevations, and space planning while ensuring design requirements align with client needs.

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: 2+ years in architecture and interior design, preferably in theme-based projects.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Communication:



written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical Knowledge: In MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural systems.
Design Skills: Expertise in creating sketches and floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Site Coordination: Experience in site supervision and managing contractors to ensure design accuracy.
Material Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural materials, including flooring, ceiling, and roofing.
