Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries, GST compliance, and financial record-keeping using Tally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST filing processes, and TDS management.

Key Responsibilities

Tally Accounting & Data Entry
Record Sales and Purchase invoices accurately in Tally on a daily basis
Post Voucher entries including journal, payment, and receipt vouchers
Perform Bank Statement entries and ensure timely bank reconciliation in Tally

Register Maintenance
Maintain and update Sales Register and Purchase Register in Tally on a regular basis
Ensure registers are aligned with GST requirements and audit-ready at all times
Organize and maintain all sale, purchase, voucher, and Export/Import documentation systematically

GST Compliance
Prepare and compile data for GSTR-1 filing on a monthly basis
Perform GSTR-2A reconciliation monthly to match purchase records with supplier-filed data
Prepare data for GSTR-3B returns and ensure accuracy before submission
Process payment against GSTR-3B monthly within prescribed due dates

TDS Management
Maintain TDS register on a monthly basis




Track TDS deductions across applicable transactions and ensure records are up to date

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred)
Sound knowledge of GST regulations, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B), and TDS provisions
Proficiency in MS Excel for data preparation and reconciliation
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet monthly compliance deadlines
Valuable organizational skills for maintaining physical and digital records

Preferred Attributes
Prior experience handling Export/Import documentation and entries
Familiarity with GST portal and online payment procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
