Job Description:
As a Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs for employees across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop training modules, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data
Develop training materials and programs tailored to various roles within the organization
Conduct training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques
Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and make continuous improvements
Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals
Maintain training records and reports on employee progress
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development





Skills and Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
Proven experience in developing instructional materials and conducting training sessions
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools

Experience:
5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Previous management experience is highly desirable
