Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
Team handling experience
Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations.
Identify and drive continuous improvement prospects to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
Customer rapport and network and need to handle Key accounts.
Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
