We are seeking a proactive and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion.
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a safe working setting.
Coordinate with production planning, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain production records, reports, and inventory usage.
Minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid production delays.




Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory supervision role.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, stainless steel products, or commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
