Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across South India in the Power & Energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, order booking, key account management, tenders, product demonstrations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
Develop business with Power Utilities, TRANSCOs, DISCOMs, Railways, Metro, Industries, Renewable Energy and Power Generation companies.
Manage key customer relationships with senior technical and procurement stakeholders.
Identify and manage tenders, bids and current business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and customer trials.
Prepare sales forecasts, strategic plans and market intelligence reports.




Lead and monitor a team of technical and sales professionals.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Power/Energy sector.
Experience in tender management, product demonstrations and sales forecasting.
Solid negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BBA or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho is an advantage.
Local candidates preferred; relocation candidates from Karnataka are also open.
Early joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
