Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and quality non-conformities.
Maintain QHSE records, reports, registers, and documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, training, and awareness programs.
Monitor compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external QHSE audits.
Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, emissions, water usage, and pollution prevention.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and maintain emergency response procedures.
Track and close corrective/preventive actions within defined timelines.
Monitor supplier/contractor QHSE compliance.
Prepare weekly/monthly QHSE performance reports and KPI dashboards.
Promote continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
