Core responsibilities
Project planning and management: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources and contracts.
Team and stakeholder coordination: Supervise project teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and facilitate communication among all stakeholders.
Execution and monitoring: Oversee daily site activities, conduct regular site inspections, and monitor progress to ensure the project is on track and meets all requirements.
Quality and safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Budget and procurement: Manage project budgets, control costs, handle change orders, and oversee the procurement process, including bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
Reporting:



Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and other project-related problems.

Essential qualifications
Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Skills: Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
