Key Responsibilities
Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior and exterior visualizations, layouts, and walkthrough animations based on design briefs and architectural drawings.
Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic textures, materials, and complex lighting setups to digital settings to accurately represent real-world finishes and atmosphere.
Collaboration: Work alongside interior designers, architects, and project managers to refine design concepts, troubleshoot spatial layout discrepancies, and ensure visual alignment.
Asset Management: Build and maintain an organized, up-to-date internal library of 3D assets, materials, furniture models, and render presets.
Quality & Deadlines: Review, optimize, and post-process renderings to ensure high visual quality while strictly adhering to project timelines and delivery deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design,



Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related visualization field.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or 3D Artist (Interior/Exterior architectural projects preferred).
Software Proficiency:
Advanced expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
Mastery in rendering engines such as Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
Proficient in post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD (for reading 2D drafts).
Skills: Robust understanding of spatial design, color theory, light, shadow, and architectural detailing.
Portfolio: A compelling and diverse portfolio showcasing high-end, hyper-realistic 3D rendering capabilities is mandatory for consideration.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
