Location Wazirpur, Delhi

Working Hours 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM | 6 Days Working | Sunday Off

ABOUT THE ROLE

Inside sales / lead conversion through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and existing customer data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
Make calls to existing and previous customer databases.
Follow up systematically with prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Share catalogues, quotations, product information and other details.
Handle customer objections, especially around price and competition.
Convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for order processing.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




Work towards improving lead-to-order conversion.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 yrs lead conversion experience preferred.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE / ADVANTAGE

Experience in hardware, furniture, modular kitchen, architectural products or related industries will be an advantage.

COMPENSATION

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives. Target and incentive figures will be discussed separately.
