Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Canada PR processing under Express Entry (FSW/CEC/FST) and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
Review client eligibility, assess profiles, and calculate CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) scores
Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and organize required documentation
Manage WES / ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) procedures and follow-ups
Guide clients on IELTS/language test requirements and documentation
Create, manage, and update Express Entry profiles in the IRCC portal
Prepare and review supporting documents including Letters of Explanation (LOE) and Statutory Declarations
Track IRCC updates, draw results, and application progress for all active cases
Handle Additional Document Requests (ADR) and procedural fairness letters within required timelines
Coordinate biometrics appointments, medical exams, and police clearance certificate (PCC) collection




Support e-APR (electronic Application for Permanent Residence) filing after ITA (Invitation to Apply)
Liaise with internal teams (documentation, compliance, RCIC/legal) to ensure smooth case progression
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the CRM system
Escalate complex, delayed, or refused cases to senior consultants/RCIC for review
Stay current with IRCC policy changes, program updates, and category-based draw criteria
Ensure compliance with CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) regulations throughout case handling
