Job Title: Spa Duty Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per months

Job Summary:
Ode Spa is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Spa Duty Manager to manage daily spa and salon operations, ensure excellent guest experience, support the team, and drive sales performance. Candidates with Spa & Salon experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spa and salon operations during assigned shifts
Supervise therapists, front office, and support staff
Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
Handle appointments, walk-ins, and therapist allocation
Achieve outlet sales targets through service and retail upselling
Maintain hygiene, SOPs, ambiance, and operational standards
Monitor billing, cash handling,



and daily reporting
Handle guest concerns and ensure quick resolution
Support inventory management and stock control
Train and motivate the team to improve performance and service quality

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality
Experience in sales and customer handling preferred
Valuable communication skills in English
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of booking systems / POS / spa software preferred
Target-oriented and customer-centric approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
