We are looking for an experienced Coal Dispatch Manager to manage end-to-end coal dispatch operations through road and rail logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily coal dispatch operations.
Coordinate with mines, transporters, railway sidings, stockyards, and customers.
Monitor vehicle movement, loading/unloading, and timely deliveries.
Manage dispatch documentation (E-way Bills, invoices, weighbridge slips, transit permits, etc.).
Prepare daily MIS reports and ensure stock reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with mining and transport regulations.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in coal trading, mining, or bulk logistics.
Robust knowledge of coal dispatch, fleet management, and transport coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
