Independently plan, execute, and report in vitro DMPK assays including microsomal stability, Caco-2 permeability, and plasma protein binding.
Method Development, optimization, troubleshooting, and assay validation to support ongoing discovery projects
Perform sample preparation and quantitative bioanalysis of in vitro study samples.
Operate, and troubleshoot multiple UPLC and triple-quadrupole LC–MS/MS platforms
Analyze and interpret data using GraphPad Prism or any other scientific data-processing tool
Review assay results and raw data for scientific soundness and data integrity
Investigate root cause and implement corrective action.
Prepare, review, and present comprehensive study reports, SOPs, and technical presentations for internal team discussions.
Maintain complete laboratory documentation in line regulatory compliance.
Conduct literature searches to gather scientific intelligence and updates.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
