Counsel students regarding study-abroad prospects, universities, colleges, courses, intakes, entry requirements, and career pathways.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, English language requirements, and application procedures.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Assist students with the complete admission process, including application preparation, document collection, submission, offer letters, and fee payments.
Review student documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university requirements.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams regarding application updates, additional documents, interviews, and admission decisions.
Explain visa documentation and coordinate with the visa team to ensure students are prepared for the visa application process.




Maintain regular communication with students and parents and provide timely updates throughout the admission journey.
Follow up with prospective students to improve application and enrolment conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, offers, deposits, and enrolments in the company CRM or database.
Meet individual and team counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
Stay updated on university policies, course changes, admission criteria, intakes, and international education trends.
Provide post-admission and pre-departure guidance to students to ensure a smooth transition to their chosen destination.
Maintain a high standard of skilled and ethical counselling while ensuring excellent student and parent satisfaction.

Pay: ₹11,806.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
