B O Desk Services, located in INKEL Business Park, Angamaly Ernakulam is operating as remote office for the oilfield industry in Middle East. Company is handling flow control and fluid handling products, chemicals and spill management systems for oilfield industry. We have opening for the post of inside sales engineers.

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Oilfield Supplies and Services

Location: B O Desk Services, INKEL Business Park, Angamaly, Ernakulam

Starting salary: INR 25,000/month (Lumpsum)

Job Type: Full time; On site

Roles and Responsibilities
Handling RFQs from clients and prepare commercial as well as technical bids.
Verify product specifications, compatibility, and alternatives by coordinating with engineering, sales, and supplier teams to ensure the sourced items meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical support during quotation preparation, including identifying suitable, product options, lead times,



and documentation needed for customer approval.
Assist customers with clarifications on product features, specifications, and available alternatives when certain items are unavailable or require substitution.
Managing all the sales related activity of the Company
Regular follow-up with Customers for the Offer feedback after submission.
Monitor delivery of goods and scheduling Driver to assure on time deliveries.
Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Work on after-sales support and services

Experience and Skills required
Technical evaluation of products: Ability to understand exact specification, dimensions, pressure ratings, fitting type, thread type. etc of the required products and suggest the suitable solutions.
Proficiency in M S Office tools
Proficiency in verbal as well as written communication in English.
