Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines as per approved work instructions and production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory for understanding drawings, dimensions and basic drawing-related requirements.
Set and verify basic machine parameters as instructed.
Follow approved CNC programs and process parameters.
Support machine setup, tool changes and job changeovers as instructed.
Record production quantity, rejection and other required production data.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S at the machine/workstation.
Follow all company safety rules and PPE requirements.
Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, breakdowns or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor/Maintenance team.
Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Quality Department during production and inspection.
Follow company SOPs, work instructions and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
