Job Description:

Reform Media, a leading personal branding agency in India, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our network and drive ROI for Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients, including business leaders and professionals.
Develop and maintain solid client relationships to generate business opportunities.
Pitch and present Reform Media’s personal branding solutions to prospective clients.
Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and business expansion strategies.




Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience in branding, digital marketing, or networking is an added advantage.
