We are looking for a energetic Proposal & Marketing Engineer with experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for material handling or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing RFQs, preparing layouts, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimations, and supporting the sales/marketing team with accurate and competitive proposals. The role requires valuable technical understanding along with strong coordination and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
Develop project layouts and proposal drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimations.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather technical inputs for proposals.
Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and technical requirements.
Prepare and submit competitive quotations within the specified timelines.




Support the marketing and sales team in technical discussions with clients.
Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.

Required Skills
Experience handling RFQs and tender documents
Ability to prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Experience in quotation preparation and pricing analysis
Proficiency in AutoCAD for proposal layouts
Good understanding of industrial projects / material handling systems (preferred)
Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills
Experience in conveyor systems / material handling industry
