Job Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot telephone lines and related communication systems at SAC.
Attend telephone line complaints and breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
Identify and rectify issues related to telephone wiring, extensions, connections, and line faults.
Perform preventive maintenance of telephone lines and associated equipment.
Test telephone lines using appropriate tools and equipment.
Maintain service records, complaint reports, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with the SAC team for service requests and maintenance activities.
Ensure minimum downtime and proper functioning of all telephone lines under the AMC.
