Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain casting melting, tumbling, and sieving machines in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day machine operations, ensuring quality output, and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate casting melting machine — charge material, monitor melting temperature, and pour as per process standards
Operate tumbling machine for deburring/finishing of cast components
Operate sieving machine to segregate material as per size/quality specifications
Monitor machine parameters and report deviations to supervisor
Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines
Maintain production records/logs for each shift
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Ensure quality checks at each stage of the process




Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for issue resolution
Maintain a clean and secure work area (5S)

Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience operating casting/melting, tumbling, or sieving machines (preferably in metal/alloy manufacturing)
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy preferred; 10th/12th pass with relevant experience also considered
Basic understanding of melting temperatures, casting process, and material handling
Physically fit for shift-based work involving heat and manual handling
Attention to detail and quality-consciousness
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Skills:
Hands-on machine operation experience
Basic reading/recording of process parameters
Team coordination
Safety awareness (PPE usage, handling molten metal)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
