Design and implement play-based lesson plans covering language, numbers, arts, music, and motor skills to build foundational abilities.
Classroom Management
Maintain routines for meals, naps, play, and transitions while ensuring hygiene, safety, and inclusive practices.
Create stimulating setups with interactive materials and adapt activities for diverse needs.
Parental Engagement
Communicate daily updates, concerns, and achievements to build home-school partnerships.
Observe and assess individual progress, track milestones, and provide feedback to parents through meetings or reports.
Foster social-emotional growth by teaching sharing, empathy, conflict resolution, and group activities in a secure workplace.
