Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture robust, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and advice.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss performance, market trends,



and strategic financial planning.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Achieve individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
