Position: Sales Executive / Academic Counselor

Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle parent inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and drive revenue growth for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, digital inquiries)
Conduct counseling sessions with parents and students
Explain courses like Personality Development, Public Speaking, Robotics, Abacus, etc.
Convert inquiries into paid admissions
Follow up with pending and old leads regularly
Maintain and update lead management sheet / CRM
Coordinate with academic team for batch allocation




Ensure high parent satisfaction and relationship building
Support in events, demo sessions, and marketing activities

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales / counseling / education industry
Solid communication and convincing skills
Confident in handling parents and children interaction
Target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
Immediate joiners preferred
