Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement SOPs, operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage the workflow of projects to ensure timely delivery.
Product and Project Management:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work workplace.
Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity.
Sourcing employees by evaluating their potential
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Compliance and Risk Management:




Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
