We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations. Supervise and support store employees. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets. Manage stock, inventory, and product availability. Ensure proper product displays and merchandising. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Monitor cash handling and billing procedures. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.



Prepare daily sales and operational reports. Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Requirements: Previous experience in retail or store operations. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. Robust leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of inventory and stock management. Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
