Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training programs that help students develop strong communication, interpersonal, professional, and personality-development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive and engaging soft-skills training sessions.
Train students in:
Communication Skills
Spoken English
Public Speaking
Presentation Skills
Interview Skills
Group Discussion
Leadership & Teamwork
Time Management
Problem-Solving
Workplace Etiquette
Personality Development
Conduct mock interviews, role plays, group activities, and practical sessions.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
Track learner progress and maintain training records.
Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
Coordinate with academic and management teams when required.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in soft-skills training, corporate training, academic training, or personality development.
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
