Job Description

We are looking for an Export Pricing Specialist with hands-on experience in Air & Sea Freight Pricing within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle export pricing for Air & Sea freight.
Obtain, compare and negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs and overseas agents.
Prepare accurate freight quotations based on buying rates, applicable charges and profit margins.
Handle spot and contract rates and maintain rate validity.
Manage Air Export pricing for direct and consolidated shipments, including airline rates, routing and surcharges.
Manage Sea Export pricing for FCL/LCL shipments, including shipping line/NVOCC rates and local charges.
Calculate costing, selling rates and profit margins.
Maintain updated rate sheets and pricing records.
Provide quick pricing support for urgent/spot quotation requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, carriers and overseas agents.

Requirements
3–9 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
Strong hands-on experience in Export Pricing.




Experience in both Air and Sea Freight Pricing is essential.
Valuable knowledge of international freight rates, carrier tariffs and trade lanes.
Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience with FCL/LCL, airline/shipping line rates and NVOCC rates.
Candidates with exposure to China/Far East, Middle East, Europe/UK, USA/Canada, Australia/NZ, Africa or Southeast Asia will be preferred.

Working Hours & Employee Advantages
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
2nd & 4th Saturday: Weekly off
Sunday: Weekly off
Work From Home: 1 day per month
Annual Leave: 20 days per year
Paid Holidays: 14 days per year
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month
