Quantity Surveyor – Building Construction Experience: 3+yrs Employment Type: Full time We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience in building/construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation & rate analysis - Measurement and preparation of client/subcontractor bills - Cost control and variation preparation - Review drawings and project specifications - Coordination with site and project teams Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying - Construction QS experience is preferred - International construction experience is an added advantage - Positive English communication skills - MS Office (Excel & Word) – compulsory - AutoCAD knowledge – compulsory; advanced skills preferred - Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
