Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
Generate quality leads, conversions, and sales
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Manage advertising budgets effectively
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies

Requirements:
Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Robust knowledge of campaign optimization and analytics
Understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools is an advantage
Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
