Key Responsibilities
Generate current business for BPO and IT services.
Acquire domestic and international clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals and close business deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in BPO/IT business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Target-driven with solid presentation skills.
