Role Overview

Responsible for supervising CNC machine operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the team for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Supervision: Oversee daily CNC machine operations and ensure machines run efficiently.
Production Planning: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and achieve production targets.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts, maintain accuracy, and reduce defects.
Team Coordination: Guide operators, provide training, and resolve shop-floor issues.
Maintenance Oversight: Ensure machines are serviced regularly and report breakdowns promptly.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, hazard-free work setting.

Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of CNC machines and production processes
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
Robust leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
