Job Description

We are looking for a confident, qualified, and presentable Sales Executive to join our Pilates & Fitness Studio in Sector 104, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leads and inquiries from prospective clients.

Explain Pilates programs, packages, and services to potential clients.

Convert leads into memberships/packages and achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide a professional and positive experience to clients.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Sales is required.

Experience in the fitness, wellness, Pilates, gym, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Confident, professional, and presentable personality.

Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
