Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skilled growth.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with complex challenges.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP settings.
Strong knowledge of database management and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
Understanding of security concepts and user administration within SAP.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
