We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Develop hiring strategies and manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring, salary negotiation, and offer releases.
Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, exits, and HR documentation.
Handle employee engagement, grievances, performance management, and appraisal processes.
Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and statutory/labor compliance.
Coordinate payroll inputs and HRMS activities.
Lead and mentor the HR team and drive process improvements.




Partner with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
Robust leadership and organizational skills.
