Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the interpersonal, communication, and qualified skills of students/employees. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training, capable of engaging diverse audiences, and skilled in delivering impactful sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette

Deliver modules on topics like teamwork, leadership, time management, and presentation skills

Assess trainees’ current skill levels and customize training programs accordingly

Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve individual performance

Develop training materials, presentations, and activities

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback

Support students/employees in interview preparation and career readiness

Stay updated with industry trends and up-to-date training techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred)

1–3 years of experience in training,



teaching, or soft skills coaching

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities

Confidence in handling group sessions and workshops

Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
