Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Project Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad

Paints industry experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Generate business by visiting builders, developers, contractors, and project sites.
Identify and develop current construction sites for material supply.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
Handle and guide a team of sales executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth material supply and client service.

Qualification and Skills:
Graduate / MBA (Civil, Paints Technology, Marketing preferred).
Working experience with Ahmedabad market required
5–6 years of experience in project sales in paints / coatings.
Excellent rapport-building and negotiation skills.
Robust leadership and mentoring ability.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
