Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Responsibilities
Conduct targeted research to identify and connect with key decision-makers and potential award nominees.
Pitch the award show to potential companies and secure their participation.
Reach out to decision-makers and ensure their attendance at the event.
Review and verify submitted award forms for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with attendees and ensure timely submission and confirmation of award forms.
Communicate transparent event details to confirmed participants and address any queries or concerns.

Event Day Responsibilities
Represent Quantic India at all hosted events across various cities.
Ensure all delegates are attended to, properly guided, and have a seamless experience during the event.
Coordinate with the sponsorship team to manage sponsor–delegate meetings and networking sessions.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
