Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role.
Valuable communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
