About the Role

HamBOLDS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our Instagram and influencer marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Plan and create engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
Execute ROI-driven influencer marketing campaigns.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Nano, Micro, Macro, CAT A & CAT B influencers.
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and campaign costs.
Engage with the online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
Optimize hashtag strategies and content performance.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics.
Manage Instagram advertising campaigns to drive reach, traffic, and conversions.





Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
Robust knowledge of Instagram trends, algorithms, analytics, and advertising.
Experience working with influencers across different categories and audience sizes.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with experience managing ROI-based marketing campaigns.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
