Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities related to the OSB process in our fintech operations team. The candidate will be responsible for processing cases, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations related to the OSB process.
Process and verify customer/candidate-related information as per company guidelines.
Review documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain records in internal systems and Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution and follow-ups.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the concerned team.
Ensure all cases are processed within defined timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and process-related reports.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.




Perform other operational activities as assigned by the team lead/manager.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a target/process-driven workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in Fintech, Banking, BPO, KYC, Verification, Operations, or Back-office processes will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working on computer systems and handling process-related data.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Note: Candidates with experience in CPV/verification or other fintech operations processes may also be considered, depending on process requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
