Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards

Reports to: Accountable Manager

Purpose:

n

To manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n

* Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.

n

* Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.

n

* Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)



and safety objectives.

n

* Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.

n

* Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.

n

* Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).

n

* Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.

n

* Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.

n

* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.

n

n

Competency:

n

n

Relevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
