The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Marketing & Communications Manager to drive content, digital presence, and ecosystem engagement - supporting the growth of Endiya’s brand and voice in the startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

n

Digital Presence & Content

n

n
- Manage website updates, blogs, and SEO, AEO
n
- Own the Endiya Newsletter: content, creative, and distribution
n
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms, and use AI tools to improve content quality, understand audience sentiment, and boost visibility via AEO
n
- Enhance Endiya’s presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X with engaging content
n
- Oversee creatives and stay on top of content trends
n
- Explore AI-driven marketing formats, workflows, and automation tools
n




- Contribute to quarterly ecosystem insights and deal trend reports
n

Events & Ecosystem

n

n
- Support portfolio community sessions, ecosystem events, and PR agency coordination
n
- Engage with industry bodies and content partners
n

n

n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience: 5-7 years in branding and marketing; VC or startup experience is a plus.
n
- Education: Business or relevant degree; Marketing/Communications degree is a plus.
n
- Mindset: Decent understanding of the VC/startup ecosystem, solid branding/PR/creative bent, excited about social media, tech-savvy (AI-aware), and solid program management.
n
- Soft Skills: Must be able to multitask, Excellent communicator, collaborative team player, Curious and Self-starter
