Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent prospect for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
Support daily HR administrative activities.




Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:
Pursuing or completed MBA (HR) or BBA.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
